Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.
Orders ship either UPS or USPS. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

The BRL is a unique concept in concealment; it holds an ASP Agent Baton, Tri-Fold restraints and Tungsten flashlight (all sold separately) side-by-side, for low-profile carry and rapid access. It’s an ideal setup for off-duty use, investigators and other plain clothes officers, executive protection professionals and others in similar roles.
The reinforced, ballistic-weave BRL is form-fit to hold its contents securely, even in dynamic situations. On the back of the case, you’ll find our patented Snap-Loc belt clips; they’re adjustable to fit belts up to 2.25” wide, and can be attached or removed without removing your belt or anything else on it. The dual clips are designed to help keep the case flat against the body, and spaced to allow them to be fastened on either side of a belt loop, to prevent sliding
