Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

Description

The Agent Baton incorporates a 4140 steel striking surface. The 4140 Steel middle shaft and handle are forged to shape and then precision machined. The grip is fine line, Crosstec knurled with spiral micro grooves. Rings accept the included Nexus baton clip.

Agent Batons expand to 30, 40 or 50 cm. They have the form, fit and striking potential of a duty baton. The reduced diameter and low profile grip of the Agent may be concealed inside the waistband or worn on the belt. The Nexus clip may be adjusted to a variety of positions along the handle to enhance concealment or ease of presentation. Agent Batons can be carried tip up or tip down. As with all ASP Talon Loc Batons, the Agent is retracted with a simple push of the cap.

If your ASP Agent has the laser-engraved Infinity icon (∞) on its nose cone, we’ll repair or replace the baton if it fails for any reason, at any time, forever.

ADD A BREAKAWAY TIP AND GET FREE FACTORY INSTALLATION: Our BreakAway Tip turns your Agent Baton into a glass breaking, lifesaving extrication tool. Add one to this order and select the appropriate “Factory Installed” option on the BreakAway product page, and we will pre-install and thread-lock it for you at our Wisconsin factory, so you will receive it ready-to use. This service is offered free of charge ($10 value), only when baton and tip are ordered at the same time. Allow 1-2 business days additional turnaround time.
