ASP Key Return Systems are attractive. They are individually serial numbered to provide a Corporate Registry of clients. In the event of lost keys, the client will be notified and the keys returned free of charge for life.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.

Orders ship either UPS or USPS.  Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items. Batons, restraints, OC and other restricted items are strictly prohibited from international shipping and will automatically be removed from international shopping cart.

Through the Key Return Program, ASP maintains a directory of the individuals who register their key tag with the corporation. In this way, lost keys can be dropped into any mailbox and sent to us postage paid. We will then return the keys to the owner.
