Orders ship from our warehouse in Appleton, WI. The majority of in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Personalized/laser-engraved orders may require more time.
Orders ship either UPS or USPS. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground
shipping (Continental US). Some exclusions apply. OC Defenders and Inserts may only be shipped via UPS
Ground.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: a limited assortment of products is available for worldwide shipping. This includes primarily flashlights, training gear, lifestyle products and other non-restricted items.
